SCMP Conversations: Scrutinising racial discrimination in Hong Kong workplaces will fall on March 21, 2022 and be held to coincide with International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. The aim will be to guide business leaders, people managers and working professionals on how best to identify and call out instances of racial discrimination, explain the importance of doing so, and demonstrate how proactive intervention supports staff and creates a positive working corporate culture that also makes better business sense.
